The Confucius Classroom in Maribor held China Day activities "Celebrating the Spring Festival" on January 30, February 1, and February 6 at Maribor No. 2 Middle School.

The event was held in the Confucius Classroom of Maribor Second High School. Sinologist Mojca Selijak and government-sponsored teacher Liu Ying created a unique cultural feast for the students. They introduced rich cultural knowledge about the Spring Festival, the Chinese zodiac and the Chinese dragon to the students in a relaxed and pleasant way. Students waved their brushes to write Chinese characters, cut out beautiful paper-cut works, and sipped fragrant tea.
